Blend Your Own Whisky at Southward
A little tasting, a little experimenting, and a bottle with your name on it.
Join us at our Lyall Bay distillery for a hands-on whisky experience. You’ll taste four Southward whiskies with our team, explore what makes each one different, then get stuck into creating your own signature blend.
We’ll guide you through tasting to find your sweet spot. You’ll leave with a 500ml bottle of your own blended whisky—and the right to be mildly insufferable when you pour it for your mates.
No whisky expertise needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to trust your taste buds.
